Rules and Regulations.

CHECK IN TIME - 1:00 p.m.

CHECK OUT TIME - 11:00 a.m. (Please request later check out time prior to departure
or an extra day will be charged).

QUIET TIME - 10:00p.m. until 8:30a.m. Please keep all televisions and radios turned
down for the convenience of all our guests.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS - All guests staying overnight must be registered with the office
during some part of their stay, preferably before they come, and the current extra
person charge will apply.

PETS - We accept quiet, well behaved pets. Certain breeds are restricted. Owners
must pick up after your pet in all areas of the park; dogs must be kept on a 6 ft.
leash, off others people's sites, and all pets are to have current shots and licenses.
Only two dogs per site. Cats must be kept inside. If pet rules are not followed,
you will be asked to leave the park. Please no barking dogs.

BATHROOM COMBINATIONS - For the safety of our guests, we keep combinations on both
the Men's and Ladies' bathroom doors. Please do not give these out to anyone, if they
ask. If they show you a paid receipt for a site, then you can, otherwise, send them to
the office.

NO boats, motorhomes, or third vehicles can be kept on sites.

NO unlicensed vehicles (cars, trailers, motor homes, park models) in the park.

NO HANGING CLOTHESon your site or from your trailer. We have clotheslines on the west
end of the park for your convenience.

Refund Policy: A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is
refundable only if we are notified of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to
your arrival, less a 25% cancellation fee. If notified less than 30 days to your
arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If notice of cancellation is less than 7
days there will be no refund of the deposit.

All utility lines must be buried if you are staying one month or longer.
Please check with office before planting anything around your trailer.
Park management must approve any contemplated additions to your site.
All permanent sites must have adequate drainage so as not to erode soil,
especially if you are located on the lake.
